Returns Policy
All approved returns must be returned within 30 days of issuance of the Return Authorization. A copy of the Return Authorization must be enclosed as the packing slip. Restocking charges may apply. 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO BRITELUXE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT.  NO RETURNED PRODUCT WILL BE CREDITED WITHOUT PRIOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION.  ANY RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUESTED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE DECLINED AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
